That day was windy sunny and bright
I rushed to rooftop with my kite
I tossed the kite to sapphire sky
It went with wind with majestic fly
I wanted the kite to kiss the cloud
And then tie the other end on to ground
The light breeze was as excited as me
Which shrunk my big kite to the size of pea
Suddenly my kite got detached by a crow
And floated in air to and fro
It made my hear skip a beat
I started perspiring with inexplicable heat
I hopped off my rooftop and ran like a crazy
Through the lane sleepy and mazy
I was running with eyes still on kite
Which danced all the way from such height
It landed teacher's rooftop bungee
And got stuck on his white wet lungi
I climbed up to a nearby tree
And jumped to his roof like monkey
Kite laced wet lungi with orange colour
And resembled an orange collar
Sir Namaskar! Sorry! -Anonymous I scribbled
And came back with my kite as hands trembled.
